We offer two types of sittings for Archbishop Williams Seniors:
Campus Mini-Sessions – Hayward Photography will be at Archbishop Williams on the dates listed below (more dates will be posted as they become available):
Seniors will be able to reserve a 15 minute appointment with one of our photographers through our online scheduling system. We will create an online gallery for seniors to view their images and select their yearbook pose. There are three sitting fee options for campus mini-sessions:
$59.95 – basic senior portrait session includes yearbook submission
$99.95 – includes 1 digital image with full copyright release
$179.95 – includes 3 digital images with full copyright release
Studio Sessions – For seniors that would like a longer appointment, we have limited studio sessions available. These sessions include up to one hour of photography at our studio in Milton or a location of your choice. Because studio sessions are longer, they include more images to choose from and allow for multiple outfits. We will create an online gallery for seniors to view their images and select their yearbook pose. The sitting fee for a studio session starts at $199.95 (depending on the location there may be an additional travel fee) and includes one digital image with full copyright release. Please contact our office directly to schedule a private studio session.
For both options, Hayward Photography will submit the yearbook selection directly to Archbishop Williams High School. Prints and additional digital images can be purchased directly through the online galleries.
- Sitting fees must be paid in advance online or at the time of your sitting by cash or check. Please make check or money order payable to Hayward Photography. Prepayment for Campus Mini-Sessions can be made here using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Sitting fees are non-refundable. Retakes are available for photographic reasons only (i.e. camera malfunction).
- Your proofs will be available approximately 14 days after your sitting and hosted online through the remainder of the school year.
- Yearbook selections are due Friday, October 14th
- The yearbook photo selection must be vertical orientation from the waist up and cannot include hats or crop tops.
