Clay Pit Pond Park Mini-Sessions – Hayward Photography will be at Clay Pit Pond Park on various dates August-November. Seniors will be able to reserve a 15 minute appointment with one of our photographers through our online scheduling system. We will create an online gallery for seniors to view their images and select their yearbook pose.
There are four sitting fee options for senior mini-sessions:
$75 – basic senior portrait session includes yearbook submission
$105 – includes 1 digital image with full copyright release
$185 – includes 3 digital images with full copyright release
$300 – includes all digital images with full copyright release
- Sitting fees must be paid in advance online or at the time of sitting by cash or check. Please make check or money order payable to Hayward Photography. Prepayment can be made here using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Sitting fees are non-refundable. Retakes are available for photographic reasons only (i.e. camera malfunction).
- Photographs are taken outside (weather permitting) at Clay Pit Pond Park, therefore full change of clothing is not an option.
- Any retouching requests for blemishes, braces, teeth, hair etc. are available at an additional charge. All Photoshop requests must be specified with your order and will be quoted on a per image basis.
- Your proofs will be available approximately 14 days after your sitting and hosted online through the end of the school year.
- Your yearbook photo selection is due by January 1st
