Hayward Photography will not share or sell your information to any other party other than those necessary to process your order.

Retake Policy
Retake Day is not often needed but when deemed needed, it is usually scheduled to take place a month after the original Picture Day. If a parent chooses to have a child's portrait retaken, they must inform the school. The original undamaged portrait package must be returned to the photographer during Retake Day in order for us to produce a new portrait package.

Refund Policy
All of our photographs come with a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your pictures for any reason, return them within 60 days for a full refund. If parents have any questions or concerns regarding the order, they should contact Hayward Photography at (617)698-1840.

Our retake & return rate is between 2-5%. The industry average is between 10-15%. This speaks volumes about our dedication to the quality of our work.
